Any order placed after 3PM will be processed next business day.
Weekend and Friday orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following Monday.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. If expedited shipping is paid this expedites from our dealership to you.....not from the day an order is placed. If a part is not in stock and needs to be ordered, this means it will ship the day it arrives in our parts dept regardless if it is Ground or Overnight.
Orders over $200.00 are shipped with signature required. We do this to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. If you want an item shipped to a different address to make sure you are there to sign, please make sure you enter a shipping address that you will be to sign for the item.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost. Please note that this means the day it ships and not the day an order is placed. If an item is out of stock, it ships overnight the day the part arrives in the parts dept.
Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship internationally.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
We do not ship COD orders.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order including but not limited to catalog errors, shipping quote discrepancies, suspected or known fraudulent use of credit card information and back-order/ discontinued parts.
